Description of Facility

California Rehabilitation Center is a facility that houses level II Medium security inmates. It is located in Norco California and has a strong emphasis on rehabilitation in corrections, as opposed to punishment. Inmates are encouraged to help themselves by participating in many of the programs that this facility offers.

Inmates can learn a variety of useful skills in the vocational programs offered including mechanics training, electronics repair, computer courses including word processing, graphic design/printing and audio/visual technology. Inmates also have access to culinary classes, courses on air conditioning repair and upholstery. All of these programs are meant to teach inmates a new skill that they can use to earn a living once they are released from prison.

Visiting Information/FAQs

You must have an approved visitors application on file before you can attend a visit.  You must request from the inmate CDCR Form 106.  This is the California Visiting Questionnaire form and it must be signed by the inmate before you can fill it out and send it back to the facility at the inmate mailing address and add: "Attention: Visiting".

The inmate will be informed if you are approved and they must notify you of the approval.  If you are not approved you will get a letter from the prison with an explanation of the reason.

California Rehabilitation Center requires you to schedule your visit through California's VSA system.

Visitors will be processed until the last 90 minutes of the visiting hours, then processing stops and you will not be allowed entry.
